Johnny was such a blessing to my husband and I from the first late night call to the end of the furnace installation he did for us. He explained all options clearly and answered all of our questions. We felt confident in him and his work. He communicates throughout the process and is polite and professional. His prices were very fair and did not change from the quoted amount. We confidently highly recommend him to our family and friends.

Johnny from Airwise came out the same day that I called saying my A/C was not working. I had the appropriate access panel blocked with shelves, so he returned the next business day (so I had time to move stuff) to assess the problem. I only moved in last year. so I did not know that my unit is a Carrier unit with proprietary service, so he could not finish the service, but he explained this new unit to me, gave me the number of the company to call and refused to take payment for his 2 visits!
